Refund policy
1. We offer exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase date. Store credit is then valid for 30 days.
2. We do not offer refunds.
3. Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of marks or scents, and returned in original packaging with all tags.
4. Sale or discounted or custom-made items are FINAL SALE. This means they are non-exchangeable (and non-refundable).
5. Accessories, jewellery, swimwear, bodysuits, and any customer-altered or customer-damaged items are also non-exchangeable (and non-refundable).
6. To request an exchange, email info@enviq.bh with your order number and item details. Approval instructions will follow within 1–2 business days.
7. Customers are responsible for all return delivery/shipping costs, unless the item is verified as faulty.
8. ENVIQ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
9. Items may be exchanged via courier or at ENVIQ store, in Hamala Hills Mall.
10. If an item is found to be faulty or incorrect, email info@enviq.bh within 48 hours of purchase providing photos. Once verified, we will replace the item or offer store credit for 30 days.
10. Delivery and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.
11. ENVIQ may refuse items that do not meet these conditions or are received after 10 days.
12. Promotion sale prices, if later seeking exchange or store credit, will be processed at the sale price value only and NOT at original or amended sell price observed at the time of return.
