By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and further acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THIS SITE. All materials on this site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark protection law.

Regulating Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product for exchange or store credit, please email info@enviq.bh, and then send the unworn, unused, unwashed, unscented item back in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Refunds are not provided.

In the unlikely event you received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact info@enviq.bh, quoting your order number. Refer to Returns and Refunds Policy for further details.

Delivery Policy

ENVIQ Ladies Fashion may use shipping agents for deliveries across Bahrain. 

Standard delivery costs start from 2 BHD for local and more for further in Bahrain. The fee depends on your Bahrain block code. Deliveries to Khobar area are possible although charged at a premium.

Need your item in a hurry? Place and pay for your order by 8pm for same day express delivery. 

Please ensure that you input your address and contact details carefully to help the Parcel driver locate you easily. Please type your block number into the ‘postcode’ box.

You will receive notification when your order has been dispatched and delivered safely.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 6661 2663.

Collection

You can collect your order from our new Boutique located in the Hamala Hills Shopping Centre in Hamala (Across the main road opposite both Al Liwan and the British School of Bahrain).

Payment Method

We accept card payments online, as well as card, cash benefit, or gift voucher payments in store. 

You can also pay cash or benefit to your delivery driver.

VAT

VAT is charged at the standard rate of 10% in Bahrain.

Promotions

We occasionally run sale promotions. The customer can only redeem one offer per order. This is on a FINAL SALE basis meaning without exchange or refund.
